We are currently seeking a Solution Architect to lead our clients in envisioning, designing, and deploying cloud-native mission-critical applications, with a focus on Azure and other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). This includes AI-enabled apps, application modernization, and system integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, consulting skills, enterprise architecture knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into technical specifications.
- Conduct architectural analysis and design for systems spanning various platforms and environments.
- Provide hands-on support to the team, troubleshooting complex problems and ensuring the quality of the solution through oversight and adherence to best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in on solution architecture and design.
- Review project objectives to ensure alignment with organizational goals by providing guidance and consultancy to project teams.
- Assist in estimating and planning work, ensuring tasks are appropriately scoped and scheduled.
- Support company leaders and sales teams in business development, shaping estimations and sales estimates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience architecting and building high-performance, mission-critical systems capable of handling hundreds of transactions per second and scaling to billions annually.
- Strong background in cloud-native application architecture (AWS & Azure preferred), including:
- AWS services: Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Amazon Blue, Amazon DMS.
- Microservices and API-to-API integration.
- Expertise in designing for high availability (99.99%–99.999%), robust disaster recovery, and strict RTO/RPO requirements.
- Hands-on development experience with Java (JBoss, Spring Boot) and modern development practices (CI/CD, code reviews, DevOps pipelines).
- Experience building robust, secure APIs and integrating across complex enterprise systems.
- Exposure to UI modernization projects (e.g., web portals, payment interfaces), with a primary focus on backend and integration.
- Industry background in financial services, insurance, trading, or other transaction-intensive industries strongly preferred; high-volume retail systems also considered.
- Prior consulting experience and the ability to communicate architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders
