About the Role:
The Solution Architect plays a critical role in guiding customers through their AI adoption journey — from discovery and architecture design to implementation and go-live. You will serve as the technical leader and trusted advisor in customer engagements, owning the solution blueprint and ensuring seamless delivery. This is a customer-facing, hands-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud-native solutions, and multi-tenant architectures, as well as strong communication skills to present solutions to senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, VPs, and Directors).
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Advisory: Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture reviews with enterprise customers.
- Translate business challenges into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution designs.
- Present high-level architecture and roadmaps to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise, and consultative manner.
- Build strong relationships as a trusted technical advisor to customer leadership teams.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Define and document solution architectures leveraging tech stacks (Java, Python, Kafka, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, Docker, and AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
- Design and validate multi-tenant SaaS architectures addressing scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
- Recommend integration patterns (APIs, microservices, event-driven) for seamless enterprise adoption.
- Ensure solution designs align with Netomi’s product roadmap and best practices.
- Implementation Leadership: Own the technical delivery of customer solutions, from PoC through production rollout.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to implement and optimize solutions.
- Provide guidance on CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, observability, and performance tuning.
- Lead solution validation, testing, and customer onboarding activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support pre-sales and RFP processes by crafting technical proposals and architecture decks.
- Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction.
- Mentor engineers and solution consultants on architectural best practices and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise consulting roles.
- Proven expertise with Java, Python, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, and microservices-based architectures.
- Strong experience in AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, networking, scaling strategies).
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building or implementing multi-tenant SaaS solutions in B2B environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience engaging CXOs and senior leadership.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, influence decisions, and drive alignment across business and engineering teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or conversational AI platforms.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch for distributed data processing and search.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and identity management (OAuth, SSO).
- Exposure to large-scale B2B SaaS solution design in customer support, contact center, or AI-driven automation domains.
