Are you ready to take the lead in transforming a growing enterprise from monolithic legacy systems to a scalable, composable architecture? As our new Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and governing a modular, event-driven ecosystem that accelerates innovation and enables seamless integration across business domains.
Your architecture will span multiple systems and processes, delivering business-ready solutions that are system-agnostic, yet deeply aligned with our enterprise goals. This is your chance to set the direction for how we build, connect, and scale our digital capabilities.
Make an impact in the future of STARK Group IT
In this role, you will primarily support our Supply Chain area, bring architectural clarity and enable modularity in a complex, evolving IT landscape. Your focus will be to translate complexity into simplicity — making our architecture understandable and actionable across both business and IT teams.
You’ll play a key role in our Center of Excellence (CoE) for solution architecture, where you will define best practices, establish governance, and guide a growing team of architects, analysts, and developers. Expect to work with sharp, collaborative, and fun colleagues who are just as passionate about impact as you are.
The role is based in Viby J with expected travel of up to 20 days per year.
What you will deliver
To succeed and thrive in this role, you will:
- Architect scalable, composable solutions that support our enterprise strategy and enable interoperability between systems and workstreams.
- Connect the dots across domains by identifying dependencies, advising on integration points, and guiding the business and development teams on architectural direction.
- Translate complexity into actionable guidance — providing a clear architectural context that system architects and business analysts can execute on.
- Own and document solution architecture across assigned areas, in collaboration with fellow architects, ensuring alignment and reuse.
- Set governance and develop best practices within the Solution Architecture CoE, supporting standardization and maturity across our enterprise landscape.
- Enable transparency and clarity by using our tools and your own landscape view to bring architecture closer to the business.
What you bring
To make a real difference in this role, you are someone who naturally builds bridges between business and IT — and who thrives in translating ideas into architectural solutions that last. To succeed in the role, you bring:
- Experience with composable and event-driven architecture
- Solid understanding of logistics domains and system-agnostic data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, MACH)
- Fluency in Danish and English
