Your missions:

🎯 Own the architectural design process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with both project goals and enterprise vision.

🎯 Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to stakeholders, championing innovative and scalable solutions.

🎯 Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.

🎯 Shape solution architecture strategies and frameworks that support business growth, agility, and long-term technology investment.

🎯 Deliver clear, concise architectural insights to a range of audiences — from developers to senior executives.

🎯 Guide medium-risk decisions, manage technical risks, and ensure alignment to governance frameworks.

Skills/Qualifications to be successful:

💡 SIFA Level: ARCH 4–5

💡 Degree in a relevant field (desirable)

💡 TOGAF or equivalent industry certification (desirable)

💡 Strong stakeholder management skills and proven experience influencing at senior levels.

💡 Demonstrated success in delivering architecture solutions on time and on budget.

💡 Extensive experience across Agile environments including SAFe and SCRUM.

💡 A hands-on background in software development or support at the enterprise level.

💡 Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and technology vendor management.

💡 Knowledge of solution design patterns, hosting environments, and industry best practices.

💡 Self-driven with a sharp eye on outcomes and business value.
