So, what is the role all about?We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join our AlgoSuite team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various technologies and domain experience mentioned below. Further, the candidate will mentor & lead the architects across different teams within AlgoSuite. This role is crucial in designing, implementing, and overseeing AlgoSuite platform solution architecture. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and working with different business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Architectural Design: Develop and implement comprehensive architectural solutions for healthcare applications using .NET and .NET Core, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Cloud Solutions: Leverage AWS services to create robust and scalable cloud architectures, integrating various AWS tools and technologies.
Healthcare Domain Expertise: Develop solutions tailored for the healthcare domain, addressing specific needs and compliance & regulatory requirements.
Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical oversight and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical & regulatory documentation and provide training to internal teams on best practices and new technologies.
Distributed Systems and Microservices: Design and manage distributed systems and microservices, implementing best practices for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications, ensuring optimal deployment and management of resources.
GitOps Implementation: Apply GitOps principles to manage infrastructure and deployments, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, IT operations & various business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
15+ years of experience in complex software design & development.
Expertise in both front-end and backend technologies with a deep understanding of frameworks like React & .NET/.NET Core.
Hands-on experience in at least one public cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud native application architecture.
Hands-on experience in building & migration to microservices architecture, APIs, and Web Services
Hands-on experience in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience in databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and version control systems (Git).
Hands-on experience in the healthcare domain and familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and related healthcare standards
Familiarity with various healthcare regulations and data protection frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR)
Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
