About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with 8–12 years of experience in software development, cloud platforms, data engineering, and generative AI. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who has worked across multiple business domains, designed end-to-end solutions, and led successful project deliveries.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on engaging with high-value prospects, leading technical discoveries, recommending solution architectures, and assembling the right teams to execute.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand business objectives and constraints
- Design high-level solution architectures and recommend suitable technology stacks
- Provide early technical guidance, including approach, feasibility, and scope
- Recommend team structure and skills required for successful delivery
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to shape proposals and SOWs
- Stay current with trends in software engineering, data platforms, and generative AI
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in software development and architecture
- Proven track record of delivering projects across diverse business domains
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architecture patterns
- Exposure to data engineering tools and workflows (e.g., ETL pipelines, data lakes, warehousing)
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Prior experience in technical consulting, or solution engineering is a plus
