Solution Architect

• Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
   

• Leverage Python for advanced data transformation, automation, and orchestration tasks.
   

• Architect and support solutions around healthcare data systems, including hospital claims, billing, and payer-provider integrations.
   

• Translate business needs into end-to-end data solutions, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.
   

• Collaborate with stakeholders across data engineering, analytics, compliance, and business teams to define architecture standards and ensure alignment.
   

• Lead technical design sessions, create architecture documents, and mentor development teams on best practices.
   

• Ensure data governance, privacy, and security standards are embedded into architecture.
   

• Drive the migration and modernization of legacy healthcare systems into modern data platforms (on-premise or cloud).
   

• Troubleshoot and optimize complex data pipelines and integration workflows.
   

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related technical roles.
   

• Strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) – especially for enterprise-scale ETL/ELT workflows.
   

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data wrangling, and automation.
   

• Deep knowledge of hospital claims processing, 837/835 EDI files, revenue cycle management (RCM), or payer-provider data exchanges.
   

• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT).
   

• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy/security practices.
   

• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based data architectures (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure).
   

• Strong SQL and database optimization experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
   

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
