The Professional Services team at Fireblocks partners directly with our clients to design and implement secure, scalable digital asset solutions. We work at the intersection of technology, security, and finance—collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to drive successful client outcomes.
We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize integration solutions for enterprise clients leveraging the Fireblocks platform. This position involves hands-on engagement with some of the largest financial institutions and digital asset firms in the world. You will act as a technical advisor and implementation leader, translating complex business requirements into secure and scalable architecture.
What You’ll Do- Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions tailored to client use cases.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and provide best-practice guidance during integration planning.
- Deliver solution design workshops, technical documentation, and hands-on implementation support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape platform capabilities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in crypto, Web3, and blockchain.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory, security, and operational standards.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar technical client-facing role.
- Proven experience working with REST APIs (including OAS 3.0), webhooks, and websockets.
- Ability to write code and deliver efficient, scalable solutions under tight timelines.
- Experience with high-availability architecture and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience working with financial institutions, custodians, or digital asset service providers is preferred.
- Understanding of crypto and blockchain technologies, including Web3, DeFi, and smart contracts is preferred.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $135,000 to $175,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
