What You Will Do:
Guidehouse supports several Army clients with data analytics, IT, and software architecture services. You will be responsible for working with your clients and teammates to identify client challenges; develop innovative solutions leveraging best practices; and facilitate the successful implementation and maintenance of those solutions. You will participate in requirements elicitation and elaboration sessions, providing a management and solutions strategy point of view and recommendations.  As the Solutions Architect, you will collaborate as a critical member of a Digital Transformation team.
What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

• FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience supporting technology consulting or implementations

• Experience with delivering IT Modernization or Data Analytics solutions

• This role requires at least 2 days a week on client site.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Ability to effectively and concisely communicate both orally and written

• Flexibility in working directly with teams

• Experience working with U.S. Army

• Experience with Power BI or other process improvement software tools

• Experience delivering Modeling and Simulation or Data Analytics projects

• Familiarity or demonstrated competency with Python programming language

• Master’s Degree preferred
