Role Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. With over a decade of experience, you aren't just building systems; you are building trust. You will be the primary technical advocate for our customers, responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance architectures. Your recent expertise in the MERN stack, Data Analytics, and AI will be the engine that drives innovation and revenue growth for our key accounts.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Customer Advisory & Revenue Growth
Confidence Building: Act as the technical "face" of the organisation, leading high-stakes discovery sessions and workshops to instil confidence in our technical capabilities.
Revenue Ownership: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by proposing architectural improvements and new AI/Data-driven features.
Value Realisation: Bridge the gap between "technical features" and "business value," ensuring the customer understands the ROI of the proposed solutions.
2. Architectural Leadership & Deep Dives
Full-Stack Design: Design and oversee the implementation of robust applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack.
AI Integration: Architect and deploy Generative AI solutions, LLM integrations, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks to solve specific customer pain points.
Data & Analytics: Design modern data pipelines and analytics dashboards that transform raw customer data into actionable business intelligence.
Technical Deep Dives: Conduct rigorous code and architecture reviews with the engineering team to ensure alignment with security, scalability, and performance standards.
3. Delivery Governance & Execution
Closure Drive: Take ultimate accountability for technical delivery. Navigate through "roadblocks" and technical debt to ensure projects reach the finish line on time.
Agile Mentorship: Guide the technical team through complex sprints, providing hands-on assistance during critical troubleshooting or architectural pivots.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure clear communication between the technical team's output and the customer's expectations.
Soft Skills & Leadership

Skills Required
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Recent expertise with the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
- Experience designing data pipelines and analytics dashboards
- Experience architecting and deploying generative AI solutions, LLM integrations, and RAG frameworks
- Technical leadership and customer-facing consulting experience
- Ability to lead discovery sessions, workshops, and executive stakeholder conversations
- Experience with architecture and code reviews focused on security, scalability, and performance
- Experience governing technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams in Agile environments
- Strong communication, presentation, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
