- Define business outcomes, KPIs, ROI measures, and value realization frameworks.
- Drive cloud maturity improvements aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Identify and develop strategic cloud, AI, automation, and platform initiatives that improve business outcomes, customer experience, employee productivity, operational efficiency, and organizational agility.
- Build executive business cases, transformation plans, and investment strategies aligned to enterprise goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Partner with C-Level Leadership, Enterprise Architecture tea, and business executives to identify new opportunities and transformation initiatives.
- Present strategic recommendations, business value realization plans, and transformation roadmaps to executive leadership and Steering Committees.
- Define and implement enterprise FinOps strategies and governance frameworks.
- Drive cloud financial management, forecasting, budgeting, cost transparency, and accountability.
- Identify optimization opportunities across cloud platforms, infrastructure, applications, operations, processes, and technology investments.
- Establish measurement frameworks to track business value, financial performance, operational efficiency, adoption, and transformation outcomes.
- Define enterprise AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI strategies and adoption roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, scalability, service delivery, and decision-making through automation, intelligent workflows, and autonomous capabilities.
- Establish governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Define KPIs and value realization models to measure business impact, adoption, efficiency gains, and return on investment.
- Lead architecture and technical direction for strategic cloud transformation and modernization programs.
- Design secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective multi-cloud solutions.
- Provide hands-on architecture leadership across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, automation, networking, security, observability, and AI-enabled platforms.
- Develop reference architectures, technology standards, solution blueprints, and implementation patterns.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, engineering enablement, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Establish self-service cloud and platform capabilities for application and engineering teams.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code, platform engineering, automation, DevSecOps, and operational excellence practices.
- Improve developer experience, deployment velocity, platform consistency, and engineering productivity through standardization and automation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Lead Cloud Governance Boards, Architecture Review Committees, and Transformation Steering Committees.
- Translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Influence executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations, business cases, and value realization insights.
- Mentor architects, cloud engineers, platform engineers, and technical leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience leading enterprise cloud transformation, modernization, and optimization programs.
- Strong expertise across Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience defining cloud strategy, operating models, governance frameworks, architecture standards, and FinOps practices.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud architecture, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevSecOps, security, networking, observability, and platform engineering.
