The Opportunity:
Serve as a senior technical and enterprise architecture leader for healthcare clients with a blend of technical depth, delivery leadership, domain expertise in life sciences and public health, and client relationship management to maintain and exceed stakeholder satisfaction while driving account growth across healthcare. Grow key accounts and expand into organizations aligned with health and life sciences market strategy. Execute and lead teams across the full architecture and delivery lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, IT strategy development, enterprise architecture definition, modernization road mapping, and technical implementation support. Monitor risks proactively, communicate technical delivery and security risks, and identify mitigation steps with technical and business teams. Shape and influence healthcare technology programs by acting as a trusted advisor to senior scientific, clinical, public health, life sciences, and IT leaders. Drive pipeline development by identifying and qualifying opportunities, leading technical solutioning, and supporting proposal development tailored to healthcare needs, including data systems modernization, cloud adoption, scientific computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms. Leverage expertise in federal health architectures, life sciences and public health, and healthcare-specific mission needs to conceptualize, design, and implement scalable technical solutions that advance research, data sharing, and operational maturity across healthcare. Work collaboratively with cross-functional capability teams and market leadership to align technical strategies, advance new business opportunities, and scale delivery teams. Provide leadership, mentoring, and career development to junior architects, engineers, and technical delivery managers.
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, enterprise architecture, or systems engineering roles supporting healthcare or federal health agencies
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior architects or engineers
- 2+ years of experience leading capture and proposal teams to develop compelling technical solutions
- Experience managing all elements of technical delivery, capture, and proposal lifecycles for federal clients, producing technical solutions, and presenting to senior federal customers
- Knowledge of federal healthcare’s organizational structure, mission offices, acquisition pathways, and technology partner ecosystem
- Ability to integrate a broad range of company-wide technical capabilities such as cloud, cyber, AI, data platforms, interoperability standards, and enterprise IT, into cohesive architectures aligned to mission needs
- Ability to tailor technical briefings, demonstrations, and architectures to shape and influence stakeholder decision-making
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
