Role Summary 

We are seeking an experienced PLM Solutions Architect with a background in Engineering or Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with PTC Windchill, with familiarity in related PTC products considered a plus. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting PLM solutions while collaborating with global teams to drive product lifecycle excellence. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to gather requirements and support PLM deployments. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture comprehensive business and technical requirements. 

  • Develop and document test cases to fully validate requirements. 

  • Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization to ensure high-quality PLM data. 

  • Support data process leads in developing KPI maturity roadmaps and metrics. 

  • Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Undertake other duties as assigned to support PLM initiatives. 

Required Experience & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant/related field. 

  • 5+ years of relevant PLM experience, including hands-on expertise with PTC Windchill. 

  • Highly responsive with strong work ethic and professional integrity. 

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and achieve desired outcomes. 

  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. 

  • The ability to travel both domestic and international. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with related PTC products (e.g., Options and Variants, Project Link, Creo Illustrate) would be a plus 

  • Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, product lifecycle management, and PLM best practices.
