You will be leading a team of engineers with a broad range of responsibilities including all aspects of software engineering like requirements understanding and validation, solution design, detailed design, development, testing and software configuration management. Build products, systems, and services that are optimized, well organized and maintainable, and have a high impact on our end users.

Role Responsibilities

• Be part of a high-performing team of software developers with a broad range of responsibilities including design, development, unit testing and software configuration management. 
• Build software that is optimized, well organized and maintainable. 
• Monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization and performance management 
• Partner with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and delivering on the service level agreements 
• Coordinate reviews, oversight, and implementation in conjunction with the WU-Architecture team 
• Invest time daily on all projects to remove impediments and provide solutions to technical challenges and make escalations as necessary. 

Role Requirements

• Need 5-8 years of software development experience with a focus on software design & development.
• Hands-on experience in some of the technologies such as Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Spring Security, ORM, MQ based messaging, SQL Databases, NoSQL DB e,g, Couchbase.
• Experience on a workflow engine (preferably Camunda).
• Experience with API gateways and containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes or other similar tools.
• Experience with unit test frameworks such as Junit. 
• Should have experience of using Design Patterns and Practices, Rest and Micro services architectural principle & patterns, Cloud Technologies such as AWS & GCP.
• Experience in Agile Projects.
• Very good knowledge about Agile Scrum
