Job Title: IT S&OP Planning Systems Architect

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT S&OP Planning Systems Architect with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Demand, Supply, and Inventory planning related to S&OP, and will be capable of leading technical initiatives, configuring systems, and managing operations support with outsourced partners while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Oversee Solutions: Develop and oversee technical solutions within the SAP IBP framework, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
- System Configuration: Configure SAP IBP systems to optimize performance and meet specific business needs.
- Operations Support: Manage operations support, including coordination with outsourced partners to ensure seamless system functionality and issue resolution with IBP and other Planning systems in the JCI enterprise (Logility, ODP etc.)
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Best Practices Implementation: Develop and implement best practices for SAP IBP configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies or methodologies to improve IBP processes and systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of SAP IBP projects and initiatives.
- Project Management: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets for small projects and improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP IBP, with a focus on technical architecture and solution design.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other Planning software (Logility, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis etc. ) is a plus.
- Certification in SAP IBP is preferred.
