- About the Role
Philips is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce, Conga CPQ, and Conga CLM to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable solutions, write production-quality code, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders across global markets.
Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce, Conga CPQ, and Conga CLM implementations.
- Design scalable QTC solutions covering product configuration, pricing, approvals, contracting, asset-based ordering, amendments, and renewals.
- Develop and review Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Platform Events, and integration components.
- Lead integrations with SAP and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Support multi-country and multi-currency deployments while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor developers, perform architecture and code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Enterprise Architects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Required Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce development and solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform, Conga CPQ, and Conga CLM.
- Hands-on coding experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes and enterprise architecture.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP/ERP systems.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect/System Architect and/or Conga certifications.
- Experience delivering large-scale global Salesforce programs.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) or basic knowledge of Agentic AI is an advantage.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
