The Role
Own enterprise Fynd TMS customers from presales discovery and tailored solutioning through implementation, integrations, go-live, adoption, account health, renewals, and expansion. Translate logistics requirements into engineering specifications, manage implementation governance, configure transportation workflows, coordinate data migration and UAT, troubleshoot APIs, train operational users, and drive post-launch success across retail, distribution, and 3PL environments.
Summary Generated by Built In
Fynd is a frontier technology company. We started at the intersection of technology and retail because that is where technology was the least available. Over the years, we became one of India’s largest retail technology platforms. But retail was the entry point, not the boundary.

Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. Not tools that help people work faster, but systems that absorb entire functions: manufacturing, marketing, logistics, commerce, quality control. We sit inside our customers’ businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.

The role in one line
You own a Fynd TMS customer end to end - from the first solution discussion in the sales cycle, through design and go-live, and then as the person accountable for that account running well and growing.

Why this role exists
Fynd TMS sells into enterprise retail, distribution and 3PL operations where no two logistics networks look alike. Deals are won on whether we can credibly map a customer's dispatch reality - hubs, zones, rate cards, fleet mix, SLAs, COD, returns - onto the product, and then actually deliver it.

What you'll own

1. Presales and solutioning
  • Join sales conversations as the product and logistics authority: run discovery on the customer's current dispatch flow, systems landscape and pain points.
  • Build and deliver tailored demos and pilots - not the generic deck, but the customer's own network configured in the product.
  • Own the solution narrative in RFPs, RFIs and proposals; write the solution and scope sections of the SOW.
  • Do gap analysis between customer requirements and current product capability. Decide what is configuration, what is customization, and what is a genuine "no" - and say so early.
  • Size effort and feasibility with engineering before commitments are made, so we don't sell what we can't ship.
2. Requirements to engineering
  • Convert custom client requirements into clear, unambiguous requirement documents (functional flows, acceptance criteria, edge cases, data contracts).
  • Drive those requirements with engineering and product through prioritization, build and deployment - chasing status, unblocking decisions, and keeping the customer's commercial timeline visible internally.
  • Act as the translation layer in both directions: business intent into engineering specs, and technical constraints into language the client's ops head accepts.
3. Onboarding and go-live
  • Run implementation as a project: plan, milestones, RACI, weekly governance with the client.
  • Configure and validate masters - hubs, zones, service areas, rate cards, SLA/TAT rules, vehicle and rider profiles, route optimization parameters.
  • Coordinate integrations with the client's OMS/ERP/WMS and any carrier or 3PL partners; test APIs and webhooks yourself before handing them to the client.
  • Drive data migration, UAT, pilot rollout at a single hub or store cluster, and on-ground training for supervisors, dispatchers and riders.
  • Run hypercare through go-live and stabilization; sit in the control room on day one if that's what it takes.
4. Post-live account ownership
  • Own adoption and health: are trips actually being planned in the system, is the rider app being used, is EPOD capture clean, are dashboards being looked at.
  • Run monthly and quarterly reviews with the client, tied to their metrics - cost per delivery, vehicle utilization, on-time performance, planning time saved.
  • Be the escalation path for issues; coordinate resolution with support and engineering and close the loop with the client.
  • Spot and drive expansion: new hubs, new geographies, additional modules, additional business units. Own renewal readiness.
  • Feed structured, prioritized product feedback back into the roadmap.

What we're looking for

Must have
  • 4–8 years in presales, solution consulting, implementation, or customer success - in logistics technology, supply chain SaaS, or enterprise B2B SaaS sold to operations teams.
  • Working knowledge of at least one of: transportation management, last-mile/mid-mile delivery, dispatch planning, route optimization, fleet operations, or 3PL/carrier operations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise implementation from kickoff to go-live - you can walk us through one in detail, including what went wrong.
  • Technical fluency without being an engineer: comfortable with APIs and Postman, reading JSON, basic SQL, Excel modelling. You can debug a bad integration payload well enough to know whose problem it is.
  • Strong verbal and written communication. Requirement docs, review decks and client emails are a large part of this job.
  • Willing to be on the ground - warehouses, hubs, and client offices, not only on calls.

Good to have
  • Experience with TMS, WMS, OMS or route-optimization products (Shipsy, LogiNext, FarEye, Locus, Bringg, Blue Yonder, Oracle OTM, or in-house platforms at Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Porter, Zypp and similar).
  • Exposure to retail, quick commerce, FMCG distribution, or enterprise logistics buyers.
  • Comfort with route-optimization concepts - constraints, capacity, time windows, solver behaviour.

Who this is NOT for
  • Someone who wants a pure sales quota role with no delivery accountability.
  • Someone who wants a pure project management role with no client-facing commercial exposure.
  • Someone who needs a fully documented product and a settled process to work inside.
