Job Description

i360technologies is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Oracle Federal Financials automation and UiPath-based RPA solutions for role with our federal agency client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and implementing automation solutions for Oracle Federal Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), with a focus on month-end and year-end financial automation.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, review, and implement UiPath automation solutions for Oracle Federal Financials.
• Ensure automation solutions align with federal compliance standards, security protocols, and best practices.
• Optimize RPA workflows for financial closing processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
• Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle EBS Federal Financials (AP, AR, GL).
• Automate month-end and year-end financial closing processes using UiPath and Oracle automation tools.
• Integrate UiPath with Oracle Federal Financials, ensuring seamless data processing and compliance with federal reporting requirements.
• Conduct solution reviews to ensure compliance with business, technical, and federal financial requirements.
• Provide guidance on UiPath best practices, RPA governance, and performance optimization for federal financial automation.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and compliance teams to streamline automation strategies.
• Work with federal agencies, finance, and IT teams to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Ensure seamless integration of UiPath automation with Oracle EBS Federal Financials and other government systems.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years architecting solutions or business process improvement.
• 6 years of experience in ERP, financial automation, and solution architecture, specifically in Oracle Federal Financials.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Federal Financials (AP, AR, GL, Federal Reporting, Budget Execution).
• 4 years of expertise in UiPath RPA development, solution design, and automation best practices.
• Experience in federal financial automation, including month-end and year-end processes.
• Strong understanding of federal compliance regulations (FAR, FFMIA, OMB Circulars, Treasury Reporting, etc.).
• Experience integrating UiPath with Oracle EBS via APIs, scripts, or connectors.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or equivalent RPA certification.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Federal Financials or migration from EBS to Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of federal financial processes, ERP integrations, SQL, PL/SQL scripting, and automation workflows.
• Experience with Oracle SOA, Web Services, and BI Publisher for financial reporting.
• Previous experience working with federal agencies or government contractors.
