We are now looking for a talented Solution Architect, Oracle Cloud to join our team of seasoned professionals in Global IT. Reporting into the Head of Enterprise Architecture at our HQ, you will design innovative Oracle Cloud solutions and collaborate across global departments to deliver tailored, scalable, and secure technology. You’ll play a key role in defining governance frameworks, driving best practices, and constantly improving our cloud systems to propel the company’s strategic goals forward.

What you'll be doingDesign Oracle Fusion and Cloud solutions to meet business requirements and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain the Oracle Cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with the company’s enterprise architecture and ensuring architecture is scalable and secure.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide architecture for tailored Oracle Cloud solutions.
Ensure the efficient utilization and integration of Oracle Cloud within the enterprise architecture.
Provide guidance and support for the development and implementation of Oracle Fusion and Cloud standards and best practices.
Define governance frameworks and policies for Oracle Cloud adoption, assess risks and identify potential challenges to related technologies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle Fusion and Cloud solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Support enterprise-wide architecture reviews, ensuring architectural consistency and governance.
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in Oracle cloud technology and solution architecture design.
Proven ability to design and implement hands-on Oracle Cloud solutions, especially Oracle Fusion ERP.
Working knowledge of Oracle extensions.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements in Oracle Cloud solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (technical and non-technical.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, Finnish is seen as a plus.
Familiarity and interest in global Enterprise Architecture development.
