The Solution Architect at BlackStone eIT for Mindex is a pivotal role that involves crafting innovative architectural solutions tailored for Mindex projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in integrating Mindex applications with various systems while ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
As a Solution Architect for Mindex, your duties will encompass collaborating with clients to define their needs, developing comprehensive architectural designs, and guiding development teams to implement those solutions effectively. Your role will involve:
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements related to Mindex.
• Designing and documenting architectural solutions that integrate Mindex with other applications and services.
• Leading development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards while implementing Mindex solutions.
• Evaluating and recommending technology stacks that optimize performance and user experience for Mindex applications.
• Providing ongoing support for the Mindex architecture, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices related to Mindex technologies.
• Creating comprehensive technical documentation to guide stakeholders and team members.
• Troubleshooting and resolving architectural and integration issues as they arise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Significant experience in architecture design and integrations using Mindex.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, particularly Azure and AWS, and their integration with Mindex applications.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, particularly Java, JavaScript, and .NET.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools to facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment.
• Previous experience working with IoT integrations and AI/ML solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead teams effectively.
• Proficient in technical documentation and architectural diagram creation.
