As our new Senior Solution Architect, you won't just design systems – you will drive our technological evolution by defining the technical vision for our core domains and building a resilient, future-proof ecosystem.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Architectural Ownership: You own the solution architecture for multiple core domains and set the technical direction aligned with our business goals.
- Strategic Alignment: You collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architect to ensure your roadmaps perfectly match organization-wide objectives.
- Actionable Design: You deliver implementation-ready designs and artifacts (diagrams, decision records, APIs, integration patterns) that empower our engineering teams to build confidently.
- Technical Leadership: You lead and mentor technical teams, providing hands-on guidance to boost delivery quality and engineering velocity. applied research to solve complex technical problems.
- Innovation & Enablement: You drive department-wide initiatives (e.g., AI enablement) by helping teams adopt new capabilities.
- Debt Management: You monitor technical debt, establish preventive standards, and propose pragmatic reduction plans.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Education & Core Stack: A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, coupled with extensive expertise in software stacks—specifically .NET and Azure.
- Architecture Mastery: Strong command of modern architecture patterns, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Holistic Tech View: Solid understanding of security, cloud infrastructure, observability, and operational architecture (monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, reliability).
- Leadership: Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for growing others and elevating engineering practices.
- Mindset: You work autonomously, collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams, and bring a curious yet pragmatic approach to adopting new technologies.
- IoT Experience: Hands-on experience with IoT cloud architecture and infrastructure is a plus!
