About this opportunity:
SA is an extension of the RBM UK architecture team and should have strong understanding of the domain, architecture, propose improvements and be instrumental in driving project road map. Develop high-level application specifications including components/services with attention to integration and feasibility. Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards. Create POCs, prepare Solution Documentation and Handover to developers. Collaborate to determine functional and non-functional requirements for applications. Ensure compliance with established architecture, security, design patterns, policies, standards and best practices. Guide the team on HOW and WHY on the technical and domain aspects Performs document / code reviews and provide timely feedback to the code author. Make sure that code is production quality and meeting functional/performance expectation. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standup, demo, retrospective) and be instrumental in driving backlog refinement. Implement solutions focusing on reuse and industry standards at a program, enterprise or operational scope.
What you will do:
  • Core Java and J2EE with Spring Boot (Mandatory), Microservices, Webservices (SOAP, Rest API)
  • Using design patterns in application design and architecture
  • Defining new APIs on REST / SOAP standards
  • Data Modelling for Relational and NoSQL Databases like Cassandra SQL/ No SQL / MongoDB / MySQL or equivalent
  • Designing and migrating applications for cloud
  • Hands on experience in Cloud application development involving AWS EC2, S3, SQS, SNS etc.
  • Build and CI/CD tools like Maven, Git, Jenkins & Sonar
  • XML, Json parsing
  • UML and other domain modeling methods
  • Software development in various languages like GoLang
  • Script development using Python
  • Performance Engineering and exposure to profiling and analysis tools to identify and fix bottlenecks
  • Clustering, Scalability (Horizontal & Vertical), Reliability
  • Concept of message brokers

  • 10-13 Years in IT Industry
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering/information technology or equivalent
