Your Career
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect – HRSD in our Employee Experience Practice, you will lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions and services for enterprise clients. You’ll design and implement solutions that transform the employee experience, enabling seamless onboarding, efficient lifecycle event management, intuitive self-service portals, and modern case management.
You will guide clients in reimagining their HR processes using ServiceNow HRSD, while mentoring teams of developers, ensuring solutions align with best practices, and driving innovation across the HR technology landscape.
Your Impact
- Lead discovery and design workshops focused on employee onboarding, lifecycle events, employee relations, and HR case management.
- Architect and implement HR Service Delivery solutions, including Employee Center/Employee Center Pro, HR Case & Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Event Orchestration, and Employee Onboarding Journeys.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, translating complex HR process needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Define technical solutions aligned with business outcomes, ServiceNow HRSD best practices, and future platform scalability.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to delivery teams, ensuring alignment of tasks to skills and career growth.
- Partner with Pre-Sales teams to shape HRSD solution roadmaps, estimate projects, and guide clients through demos and proofs-of-concept.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor scope, manage risks, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Produce and publish reusable technical documentation, blueprints, and process standards.
- Advise clients on opportunities to adopt new ServiceNow HRSD capabilities (e.g., AI-powered self-service, mobile-first experiences, and case deflection strategies).
- Continuously research and propose HR technology innovations that strengthen NewRocket’s Employee Experience offerings.
Your Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, HR technology, or enterprise application development.
- 5+ years of consulting experience with client-facing HR technology projects.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, including Employee Center, Case & Knowledge, Onboarding, and Lifecycle Events (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to architect HR solutions that modernize employee services, reduce HR operational costs, and improve employee satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills—mentoring technical teams, guiding solution delivery, and building consensus with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is a plus.
- Excellent facilitation skills for client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and executive presentations.
- Agile mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Education
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, HR Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required (current or within 6 months).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD – required (current or within 6 months).
- ServiceNow Pre-sales accreditations – preferred.
- ServiceNow Micro-certs (Employee Center, AI Search, Mobile App) – nice to have.
