The Solution Architect / Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure cloud-native solutions. This role bridges technical expertise with business needs, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concept and MVP development to validate solution feasibility.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in cloud environments.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Solution Architect, Developer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong programming knowledge (Java, Python, C#) and database skills (SQL/NoSQL).
- Solid understanding of cloud-native design patterns, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security best practices.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or SAFe.
