What You'll Be Doing
- Solution Design & Innovation: Leverage design thinking to help clients define project goals, encouraging them to think beyond efficiency and toward transformative outcomes, while architecting scalable solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CE (including the Digital Contact Centre platform) and CX solutions, delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Requirements & Documentation: Lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements, creating Solution, Functional, and Technical Specifications to guide project execution.
- Data & Analytics Leadership: Utilize Microsoft Fabric to design data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions that enhance decision-making, integrating seamlessly with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform components.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, Power Platform advancements, Dynamics 365 CE updates, and Azure stack technologies, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
- Client Collaboration: Engage stakeholders to understand their needs, ask probing questions to uncover root challenges, and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Implementation Oversight: Guide the deployment of solutions, ensuring secure integrations, adherence to governance best practices, and successful adoption by clients.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise to build a stronger, more effective team.

What You'll Bring to the Role
- Minimum of 3-5+ years as a Solution Architect or similar role, with firsthand experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 E, including the Digital Contact Centre platform and CX solutions.
- Proven expertise in data and analytics, ideally with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or comparable platforms for data integration and visualization.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, delivering complex projects in consulting or similar environments.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, and Digital Contact Centre), and Microsoft Fabric (dataflows, analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with Azure stack technologies, API integrations, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code development and its application in rapid solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a creative mindset to tackle complex challenges innovatively.
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and going above and beyond for clients.
- Previous consulting experience in the EMEA region or with global clients.
- Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Synapse, Dataverse) or competing platforms to inform solution design.
