About the role
As a Solution Architect, you will work with epic owners, product owners, other architects and development teams, to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions. Your role will involve translating business strategies and needs into actionable architectural plans, balancing the need for innovation with progress, and aligning priorities with tribes and squads. You will also play a crucial role in knowledge sharing within a senior team of architects.

About the team
This role is part of the Mobility Architecture unit within our broader IT Architecture organization in If. The team consists of 6 senior solution architects working closely together following a scaled agile process based on the Spotify model. We ensure that development is aligned with business needs and our target architecture.
Who are you?
You are an experienced solution architect with a collaborative mindset, a passion for quality and can navigate complex enterprise environments. You excel at aligning architectural solutions with business goals and thrive in a role that bridges business strategy and IT development.
Your background includes:
- Experience of capturing and documenting needs
- Experience of process & information modelling
- Experience working with architecture and development of distributed systems in a complex enterprise environment supporting multiple teams working agile
- It is positive if you have experience from the insurance domain
- It is positive if you have experience from implementing Guidewire
- The ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English
