Job Description
Operations and Engineering for Power Plattform
- Creating, reading and evaluating monitoring information from the PowerPlatform (number of API requests, dataverse utilization, etc.)
- Monitoring of the PowerPlatforms using the Center of Execllent Starter Kit
- Creation and implementation of your own concept for the automation of operational activities
- Knowledge of the PowerPlatform infrastructure (PowerAutomate, Power App, Dynamics)
- Basic knowledge of creating flows and apps to support operational activities
- Implement architecture concepts on the PowerPlatform
- Carrying out administrative tasks on the PowerPlatform, such as creating environments, assigning licenses, etc.
- Troubleshooting the PowerPlatform infrastructure and also PowerAutomate Flow’s, Power Apps and Dataverse together with customer representatives.
- Communication with Microsoft Support
Qualifications
Specific MS product skills:
- Knowledge of Powershell
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of M365 Service, Azure Active Directory, ActiveDirectory, Microsoft Admin Center
General skills:
- Experience in enterprises with complex (server-)infrastructures
- Handling of Windows workplaces (EMail, Excel etc.)
- Proficient in ITIL and agile processes
- Usage of Incident-, Problem- Change-Tool
- Language: English is a must, German is “nice to have”.
