This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology by designing innovative, integrated solutions that improve outcomes for patients and clinicians. As a Solution Architect, you will work across business and technical teams to deliver sustainable, high-quality digital solutions that support strategic goals.

We are happy for this role to be based in either Auckland or Christchurch.

• Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned to business and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across projects.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Support system integration, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ko wai koe - About you:

You are an experienced Solution Architect with strong stakeholder engagement and solution design skills. You can translate complex business and clinical requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions, while building trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams. You bring a strategic mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Understanding and working knowledge of enterprise data platforms, systems, and integrations.
• Experience designing secure, scalable technology solutions and architectures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, standards, and governance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Understanding of patient management, healthcare, or pre-hospital care systems (desirable).
• Knowledge of data sovereignty requirements, HISF, NZISM, and information security best practices (desirable).
