Solution Analyst

Assignment and Role Description

You are part of the Customer Offer Service Center within the Price team, in the role of Solution Analyst.

Responsibilities

Analysis and Solution Design

• You analyze business processes and design solutions that support process optimization.
  
• You analyze the current ("As Is") functionalities of systems within scope and define system requirements to identify alternative solutions and estimate workloads.
  
• You analyze and describe what the future ("To Be") system must do from both a functional and non-functional perspective, ensuring that the solution meets the agreed business requirements and that development team members have a clear understanding of the requirements needed to deliver the optimal solution.
  

Solution Delivery and Implementation

• You functionally describe, test, and implement solutions, and support business partners in embedding these solutions within their organization.
  
• You support key users from a functional perspective by:
  
• Assisting and following up on user acceptance testing (UAT)
  
• Providing documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to colleagues and business stakeholders
  
• You are responsible for the functional operational support and post-implementation care of the delivered solutions.
  

Deliverables

• Documentation of As Is and To Be business processes, working methods, and system capabilities
  
• Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Documents
  
• Business service specifications
  
• Logical Data Models (LDM), Physical Data Models (PDM), and Dc​ata Lineage (DL)
  
• Use cases and user stories
  
• Test cases
  
• UX designs, including mockups, wireframes, and navigation flows
  
• User manuals, training materials, and educational documentation
  
• Ongoing and permanent documentation
