What You'll Do:
- Provide technical and functional expertise to support the sales process and ensure Coupa's CSM meets prospect needs.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding of the product, including architecture and integration capabilities, through RFP assistance and platform demonstrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert to provide valuable sales insights and support in various areas, such as IT workshops, statement of work creations, and presentations.
- Manage accounts with significant travel involvement, contributing to the growth of Coupa's leadership in the Cloud Management space.
- Deliver platform demonstrations, IT workshops, and comprehensive training to support sales objectives and customer needs.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Requires 5+ years of experience in systems applications selling or implementation, with eProcurement and Expense Management experience preferred.
- Additional experience with Software as a Service, financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software is advantageous.
- Previous consulting experience with specific applications such as Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, and SAP is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and passionate environment; Bachelor's Degree required.
