The Analytic Solution Advisor is responsible for developing and executing the analytics strategy, roadmap, and growth agenda for Retrospective Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Reverification within Payment Integrity.
This role partners closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Growth, and Analytics teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions that expand COB-related savings opportunities, improve value capture, and drive operational efficiency. The individual leads the Retro COB and Reverification analytics portfolio, ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise growth objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
A key focus of the role is expanding the strategic value of COB Reverification by identifying opportunities to continually reassess member coordination of benefits information, uncover emerging savings opportunities, improve accuracy, and maximize long-term value realization across the COB lifecycle.
The role acts as a bridge between business strategy and analytic execution, championing innovative AIML-enabled approaches while driving adoption and change across stakeholders.

What you will do:
Drive Growth, Value Realization and Portfolio Expansion

• Develop and execute the analytic strategic roadmap for Retro COB and Reverification, identifying opportunities to increase savings capture, improve member coverage accuracy, and expand business impact
• Partner with Product and Operations leaders to identify new use cases, growth opportunities, and value realization strategies that strengthen the COB portfolio
• Position Reverification as a strategic capability that protects and expands previously identified savings opportunities through ongoing validation of member coverage status and coordination rules
• Evaluate market trends, operational challenges, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for AIML-enabled growth and innovation
• Build business cases and support investment decisions for new capabilities, products, and analytic initiatives
• Define value measurement frameworks and track financial impact, operational outcomes, and strategic growth metrics

Strategic Leadership and Influence

• Serve as the strategic business lead for the Retro COB and Reverification portfolio across Payment Integrity
• Influence investment, prioritization, and product roadmap decisions through data-driven recommendations and business cases
• Lead complex discussions with senior stakeholders and build alignment across multiple organizations
• Champion innovation and adoption of advanced analytic capabilities, including predictive analytics, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions where appropriate
• Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert for COB analytics, shaping future capabilities, best practices, and strategic direction
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that influence business strategy, investment priorities, and long-term growth objectives
• Lead the resolution of highly complex and ambiguous business challenges, developing innovative analytic solutions that deliver broad organizational impact and measurable business value

What you will bring:

• Proven extensive experience in progressive analytics
• Proven experience working within analytics and data science organizations or in similar analytical, consulting, or advisory roles
• Proven experience developing portfolio strategies and business cases that deliver measurable growth, cost savings, or operational value
• Proven experience partnering with Product and Operations teams to scale analytics solutions and drive adoption
• Proven experience measuring, communicating, and demonstrating value realization and financial impact to executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity, with the ability to develop new ideas, anticipate future needs, and implement effective solutions
• Demonstrated solid emotional intelligence and solid relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale analytics initiatives
