This position is office-based (hybrid) in either Munich or Berlin.

As a Solution Account Manager with a focus on cross-selling to our existing customers, you will be a key member of the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise as a mentor and guide to other team members. Your insights will drive exceptional sales consultations and help increase customer growth through the expanded use of Personio applications.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Market Leadership: Be the first person in this specific role to drive the expansion and adoption of a Global Hiring product to Personio customers, working closely with our partner to enhance market presence across Europe.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions that improve their recruitment processes.

  • Strategic Impact: Contribute to Personio’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and spearheading sales initiatives.

  • Sales and Account Management: Drive growth by managing the entire sales process. This includes winning existing customers to expand into the Global HR solution and ensuring their retention.

  • Subject Matter and Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Global Hiring product and effectively communicate its benefits to potential clients.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction, aligning efforts with our partner's strategies.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Sales Experience: 2 years + in software or related services, including experience in B2B sales and closing deals. A track record of high performance in your current and previous sales roles.

  • Pipeline Management: Strong expertise in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
    Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and C-level teams.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Team player with the ability to work closely with internal teams such as growth management, product, legal, and marketing.

  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate the ability to guide and mentor junior specialist AEs, focusing on sales performance

  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoy problem-solving.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, and Gong.

  • Language Proficiency: Business proficient in German and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
