We are a decentralized staking provider seeking a Middle+ or Senior Rust Developer to work on high-load, low-latency blockchain systems. You will focus on the backend infrastructure that supports transaction creation, validation, and lifecycle management. This role requires a systems-thinking approach to build reliable services that interact directly with the Solana blockchain .
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend services in Rust for transaction simulation, validation, and block-building logic .
- Build and maintain integrations with on-chain services including DEXs, bridges, and staking protocols.
- Develop APIs and internal services for observability, monitoring, and operational tooling.
- Optimize systems for low latency, high throughput, and fault tolerance.
- Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data persistence and caching .
Requirements:
- 3+ years of production experience with Rust in backend or systems programming .
- Hands-on Web3 experience: transaction building/signing, RPC interaction, and node communication.
- Solid understanding of blockchain cryptography (ed25519) and key management.
- Experience with Docker and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
Nice to Have:
- Direct experience with Solana’s transaction model and specific constraints .
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases.
- Prior experience in fintech or trading systems.
