We are looking for experienced Software Developers located in the United States to join our growing remote engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for client projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and improve web applications, backend systems, mobile applications, APIs, and automation solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to software architecture and development processes.
• Manage priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.
• Stay current with modern technologies and industry trends.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Must be currently located in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and one software development framework.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience building production applications or client-facing solutions.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working during US business hours.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
