- Analyze business and functional requirements and identify testing requirements.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
- Perform Manual Testing of web and software applications.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, and UI Testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Perform defect verification and regression testing after bug fixes.
- Reproduce issues and provide clear steps and supporting information to the development team.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Customer Success teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Perform API Testing using tools such as Postman, where required.
- Perform basic Database/SQL Testing to validate application data.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing-related inputs.
- Execute testing across different browsers, devices, and environments.
- Maintain testing documentation and ensure test results are properly recorded.
- Assist in creating and executing basic Automation Test Scripts.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and overall product quality.
- 1–2 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Good knowledge of Test Case Design and Test Execution.
- Experience in Functional Testing and Regression Testing.
- Good understanding of Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience with Bug Tracking and Defect Reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL / Database Testing.
- Basic knowledge of API Testing is preferred.
- Strong foundation in Manual Testing.
- Basic understanding of Automation Testing and willingness to develop automation skills.
- Good logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to identify functional issues and edge cases.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
