Develop and maintain high-scale, multi-tenant enterprise web applications using C# and .NET. Build RESTful APIs, database-driven modules, and responsive interfaces with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS. Design and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, indexes, and execution plans for high-volume transactional data. Prepare and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts; identify, document, and track defects; conduct functional, regression, integration, and retesting activities; validate functionality against requirements; collaborate with developers and product teams; maintain testing documentation and reports.

Designs and executes manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, API, and database validation. Develops Selenium automation scripts, prepares test plans and cases, manages defects, analyzes requirements, collaborates with cross-functional teams, monitors test results, supports release validation, and improves QA processes.

Gather and document FMCG business requirements, analyze sales and distribution workflows, and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and software solutions. Collaborate with clients, product managers, developers, QA, and implementation teams on SFA and DMS products. Support testing, UAT, defect validation, reporting, documentation, training, requirement sign-off, and project delivery while identifying process improvement opportunities.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash-flow monitoring, and accounting controls. Supervise the accounts team, coordinate with customers, auditors, banks, and consultants, resolve billing issues, maintain compliance records, and improve accounting processes.

Develop, test, debug, maintain, and enhance iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services, build responsive interfaces, optimize performance, resolve production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and support App Store publishing.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin. Integrate REST and third-party APIs, implement UI with XML or Jetpack Compose, apply Android architecture patterns and Jetpack components, optimize performance, resolve defects, support releases, and collaborate with backend, QA, design, and product teams.
