Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Technical Lead Software, you will be a major actor in full-stack software development phases.

In detail :

• Software engineering, modeling, object oriented principles, design patterns and best practices deployment across all phases of software development.

• Ensure software development (analysis, specification, code, test implementation, integration, validation and verification) according to :

  • Requirement (HLR, LLR), Software development from software requirements as per standard.

  • Peer review.

  • Regression, unit, integration testing.

  • Debugging and resolving complex problems by using Tests Benches and tools.

  • Ensure quality deliveries.

• Focus on timely delivery with quality and cost.

• Participate in an AGILE team involved in the development.

• Apply and comply with the configuration management process.

• Cascade trustable information to the key stakeholders.

• Comply with organizational policies.

• Mentoring the team in technical skill.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Should have overall 8 to 14 years engineering experiences in full-stack software development (especially in middle and front end).

• Candidate should be strong in Linux and RTOS.

• Candidate should be strong in writing HLR/LLR (UML) and Code.

• Candidate should be strong in Python & C++ programming languages.

• Candidate should be strong in object-oriented programming & design patterns.

• Candidate should be strong in measurement devices control/command (optronic & microwave measurements).

• Candidate should be strong in product/end to end automation tests.

• Good experience in User eXperience Design, User interface development & Web technologies.

• Good experience in DevSecOps toolchain (using JIRA, GITLAB, SONARQUBE and ARTIFACTORY).

• Knowledge on software process and standards.

• Experience in working with multi domain non collocated team.
