The primary role of Engineering function within Product Development team is to create specifications and designs for new products or improvements and enhancements to existing products. Works closely with customers, developers and other stakeholders to understand and define customer needs in these designs. Features are aligned to a timetable and areas of responsibility. Developers may solicit customers for feedback regarding product usability and desired future enhancements. Software Engineers who design, write and test code for the product should be matched in the either Software Engineering Applications or Systems. Product developers who specialize in hardware systems should be matched to Hardware Engineering.

3. 过程与标准
- 理解软件开发生命周期模型(V模型、敏捷、迭代等),能够在不同模型下实施V&V

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of software testing or verification & validation experience
- Familiarity with software V&V process and test types (functional, performance, security, boundary, stress) and test design methods

- Strong logical analysis, root-cause defect analysis, documentation quality, and cross-team communication skills
- Familiarity with static/dynamic analysis tools (SonarQube, Coverity, Klocwork)
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) or basic security testing knowledge
- Experience with Linux environments and container technologies (Docker) for test environment deployment
- Familiarity with medical device industry standards (IEC 62304, ISO 13485) and medical device V&V practices
