Do you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field?
Do you have at least 3 years of experience in testing electrical/electronic or embedded systems?
Are you able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing?
Do you have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical systems and/or software testing?
Have you worked with embedded systems, including testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis?
Do you have experience working with electrical/electronic systems and related tools?
Are you familiar with test management applications such as JIRA, JAMA, HP QC, or DevOps?
Can you read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings?
Are you comfortable learning and using digital equipment and applications?
Do you have programming knowledge in languages such as Python, Visual Basic, or PLCs?

As our Software Test Engineer, you will support engineering projects by executing and managing testing activities, including electrical component installation, software integration, and system validation. You will collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to deliver accurate results, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis.
You will ensure the availability, reliability, and optimization of test lab environments, performing system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting as needed. Additionally, you will contribute to innovation by implementing new tools and test automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
A key part of the role is maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing lab environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices. You will also support cross-functional initiatives, ongoing training, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen testing capabilities and overall team performance.
