- Formulate and define specifications for complex operating software programming applications.
- Modify and maintain complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities supplied by the manufacturer.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software programs.
- Provide operating system maintenance, including sophisticated file maintenance routines and support for large telecommunications networks, computer accounting, and advanced mathematical and scientific software packages.
- Support all phases of software systems programming applications.
- Evaluate new and existing software products.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, Category IAT Level I.
