Job PurposeCreate and evolve software systems and engineering solutions that meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements while reducing production incidents and enabling rapid, high-quality delivery through testing and automation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Programming (Java/Python/C#/JavaScript)
- System design for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- APIs and microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Testing (unit/integration)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Bug fixing and production incident reduction
- Problem-solving & analytical thinking
- Team collaboration & communication
- Ownership & accountability
- Technical documentation and maintainability
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Experience building and consuming APIs and/or microservices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong testing skills (unit and integration testing)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release practices
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Strong ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes
- Detail-oriented approach to quality and maintainability
- Capability to write clear documentation and engineering tests
