Position
Responsibilities:
- Own the
delivery of Software for Chassis Control systems for Active Suspension-
Air Suspension Control, Damper- CDC, Brake by Wire BbW, Steer By Wire SbW,
and highly complex vehicle dynamics integration. Software in performance -non
performance targets aligned with vehicle attribute objectives.
- Lead
root cause analysis, debugging and develop new software components for
improving fail-operational systems and developing tools for future
simulation use in new developments
and drive resolution of complex issues across vehicle systems (powertrain,
chassis, body, etc.).
- Direct
validation and verification on SIL and Hil simulators for improving and
enhance development speed and develop strategy for future related smart
zonal architecture.
- Collaborate
with Chief Engineers and other attribute leaders (hardware, mechatronics,
integration, end of line, etc) to balance trade offs.
- Mentor
and technically guide engineering team members
- Be the
VinFast interface with global experts and global forums
- Drive
innovation in developing new features- jointly with vehicle dynamic teams,
design practices, and simulation techniques.
- Represent IVMC in program reviews, gateways, and
supplier engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelors
or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Informatics -Automotive related thesis preferred in Software development-quality
structure.
- 10+
years of experience in vehicle software performance development|
debugging| tuning and integration for IVMC systems and solve complex
control demands software related including- Nonperformance issues (safety,
communication, hardware stability enhance), testing, or integration.
- Proven
ability to lead technical teams and resolve complex cross-functional
issues.
- Business
acumen in vehicle dynamics acumen in software development needed
- Strong
understanding of SW test methods, SW tools, and benefit implications.
Excellent communication and program management skills.
Familiar with problem solving methods- Global project or OEM experience.
- Experience in BEV, NEV or ICE vehicle dynamics software
performance developing experience. Test track debugging and tuning
experience preferred
