Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to act as the bridge between customers and developers to make support as smooth as possible. In order to do that, your role involves: 

  • providing assistance to our customers worldwide, helping them resolve technical issues they encounter regarding the use of our products;
  • building documentation, especially on recurring issues, in order to mitigate the number of problems (new) customers may face in the future;
  • and working together with product management and R&D to improve our knowledge base, training material and roadmap, based on your interactions with the customer.

Your day-to-day tasks will include the following:

  • liaising with customers through calls or on the web portal (our customers include individual developers and top brands in various industries);
  • coordinating/managing incoming support requests, ensuring smooth support processes and accurate reporting;
  • troubleshooting difficult customer issues (mostly user issues concerning product configurations);
  • assisting our R&D engineers with their support cases;
  • Assisting in sprint retrospectives for product and support improvement.


Profile

We are looking for a person who is comfortable learning new things, likes to dig deep on technical matters, and is at ease collaborating closely with software engineers in order to help customers. The ideal candidate has the following skills:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar software support related position
  • Experience with Linux, Windows and Apple
  • Good experience with software concepts
  • Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming and debugging software
  • Familiarity with iOS app development is a big plus
  • Knowledge of information security is also a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Desire to learn and grow with the company
