Skills Required
- Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support
- High level of service and customer orientation
- Knowledge in the automation environment / warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of the logistics IT environment
- Good written and spoken English & German
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with sophisticated software architectures
- Experience in Java software development (min. 3 years desirable)
- Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
