About the role
We’re looking for a Software Solutions Architect to join our team and help us design and implement software solutions that will meet business needs and strategic goals.
As a Software Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of robust software systems, ensuring they align with our strategic vision. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.
Key responsibilities

Design and maintain end-to-end software solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.

Assess the existing architecture, propose a modern alternative, and develop a comprehensive implementation plan.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs.

Lead architecture reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Own and manage solution-wide non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, integrating best practices into our software development lifecycle.
Required skills
-
Proven experience as a Software Solutions Architect or similar role.

Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.

Strong knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).

Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.

Experience leading architecture reviews and providing mentorship to development teams.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
