Job Description
Purpose
To build the best team in the industry our HR IT landscape needs to become digital, fast and simple across the group. Our mission includes creating a seamless user experience, based on a clean data base with well exploited HR tech platforms. We are looking for tech-savvy people to join our team on this exciting journey that feel comfortable in a HR business context.
As a Software Architect Eightfold, you design and optimize IT architectures and analyze professional and technical requirements for software, platforms and/or infrastructure for business customers, so that IT solutions and services such as Eightfold can be implemented quickly, agilely and innovatively
Key accountabilities
- Hands-on Development: you drive the development of data pipeline interfaces for new/existing EF units.
- Focus on Data Protection and Security: you design and implement secure solutions and document them directly in the PSA process and Darwin.
- Cloud and DevOps: Our solution is deployed in AWS, so you must be able to handle it.
- You are a strong communicator and able to discuss on a technical level with the EF units, but also explain the technology to lay persons and give them a sense of security.
- You design a holistic vision and take into account overarching business requirements/implications with regard to sustainability
- You are responsible for the implementation of architectural concepts in product development and services
- You identify innovations in technology fields and actively participate in the implementation within the Group and in industry
- You accompany product/service development along the entire development process (lifecycle) and provide comprehensive advice
- You take over project management
Qualifications
Languages
- English - Advanced (C1)
- German / advantage - Advanced (C1)
Other criteria or requirements
- Proven expertise and experience with Eigthfold development/ implementation
- Expert in System architecture
- Experience in collaboration across IT project organizations (developers, system architects, testers, etc.), project management teams and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with all kinds of stakeholders
- Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
- Excellent experience in managing strategically oriented projects
- English language skills, spoken and written

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2300 € /brutto.
