Software Solution Architect (ATM / CDM)

The ATM and Cards Architect will create the vision to design state of the art architecture landscape for ATMs as a channel and Cards as a Product offering. This will require close association with heads of departments and product owners of Consumer Banking, to provide technology strategies and customer focused solutions across domains. The candidate will act as thought leader in developing the future state architecture.

• Enrich and enhance the overall Consumer Banking Architecture and User Experience

• Create Design Artefacts for Consumer Banking domain for ATM/ CDM and Cards, based on Business requirements

• Review the design provided by Vendors/partners for ATM/CDM and Cards

• Translate high level business needs and product requirements into Domain Architecture, Capability Gap Matrix and roadmaps

• Accountable for the timely and quality delivery of Solution Design Artefacts in the Personal Banking domain for KSA

• Document the Functional, Integration, Deployment, Non-Functional Requirements and present the same to Architecture Review Board for approval.

• Manage the Project demand pipeline falling under various delivery models.

• Provide design estimates based on capability gaps (in terms of software enablement, Integration and Data Migration) to the Project Management team for Project planning

• Identify interdependencies between projects to help create a Projects sequence for Consumer Banking portfolio

• Ensure that the Designs delivered are as per

agreed Architecture Principles

• Liaise with other domain architects to ensure that the proposed Architecture and Design for ATM/CDM and Cards is in sync with other horizontals like Risk, Compliance, Service Design, Data Governance etc.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• Experience required 10-12 Years of overall IT experience

• In depth experience in designing solutions for ATM/CDM and Cards especially for KSA

• Good business knowledge in in the areas of Cards and Channels

• Hands-on knowledge of writing/reviewing detailed solution design.

• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels

• ATM & CDM Operational knowledge

• In depth knowledge of Card Management system for managing the complete lifecycle of Debit, Credit and Prepaid cards from a technical perspective.

• Experience on ATM acquiring Switches (Base24 /Base24 eps)

• Experience on MADA integration and certification

• Acquiring Schemes knowledge (Visa, MasterCard). Fair idea about EMV, VSDC/M- Chip

• In depth understanding of various integration patterns such as ESB based integration, Synchronous / Asynchronous messaging, API gateway pattern, Pub-Sub, File transfers / batch based integrations etc.

• Knowledge of Architecture patterns such as Microservices based Architecture, Event driven Architecture etc. along with an understanding of design considerations such as security, scalability, maintainability etc.

• Good knowledge of Public Cloud based components and deployments

Desirable:

• Good understanding on various stages of project lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, build/configuration, testing and roll out

• Experience in delivering Design in sprints

• Knowledge of the usage of latest Al driven technologies

• Architect level Certification in any of the Public Cloud Providers such as OCI, AWS, MS Azure.

• Knowledge of Loyalty Management will be a definite advantage.
