What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of data mobility features for PowerStore. You will lead innovation and create software solutions that meet customers’ business goals, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of technology in a fast-paced, agile Scrum environment.
You will:
Design and implement highly scalable, distributed systems with advanced data mobility features.
Serve as a technical leader, conducting deep design and code reviews to ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions.
Lead initiatives to integrate AI technologies into PowerStore data mobility solutions.
Mentor and guide senior and principal engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Scrum team’s work aligns with business objectives

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred) with minimum 10-12 years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership in complex, distributed systems.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java (RxJava), C++, Python.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Experience with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive team collaboration.
Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including AI tools, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks
Desirable Requirements
Experience in the storage domain or large-scale data systems.
