What You'll Do:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies for the team, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other recurring execution forums.
  • Partner with engineering, systems, calibration, validation, and integration stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timing.
  • Support planning and execution activities across the development lifecycle, including coordination for larger program milestones and team commitments.
  • Help the team identify, track, and remove impediments that affect delivery, quality, or execution efficiency.
  • Drive transparency in team progress, risks, issues, and dependency management through clear communication and structured follow-up.
  • Work closely with technical leaders and key stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable team plans and execution focus.
  • Promote strong Agile discipline, predictable execution, and continuous improvement across team processes and ways of working.
  • Support backlog health by helping ensure epics, stories, and tasks are high quality, appropriately defined, prioritized, sequenced for execution, and managed effectively in Jira to support predictable and efficient sprint execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem solving when execution issues span multiple teams, domains, or organizations.
  • Help establish and maintain effective team operating rhythms, metrics, and reporting to support delivery and decision-making.
  • Encourage a collaborative, accountable team environment that supports high-quality delivery in a fast-paced technical setting.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify execution risks, manage dependencies, and help remove blockers.
  • Experience working with technical teams in software, embedded systems, controls, or related engineering environments.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus on team delivery commitments and overall program objectives.

  • 8+ years experience working in Agile product development or software delivery environments.
  • Scrum Master certification or other Agile certification. Experience supporting embedded software, controls, or vehicle-related development teams.
  • Familiarity with software and systems development processes in an automotive or other technically complex product environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional execution involving software, systems, calibration, validation, and integration teams.
