Your Role:
Plan and control quality deliverables and project schedules for assigned projects.
Assign Software Quality Project Leaders and Software Quality Engineers to projects.
Manage cost center budgets and resource planning using the RAIDA tool.
Ensure all released software complies with Aptiv quality standards and customer requirements.
Plan, monitor, and develop team capabilities.
Lead and manage the engineering team, including:
Workforce planning
Task execution and prioritization
Adapting to changing project needs

Timesheet approvals

Coordinate team training activities to address process, project, and product-specific needs.
Promote internal and external knowledge sharing initiatives.
Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the Software Quality organization.

Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Track resolution of critical defects and testing issues.
Ensure a minimum of 40 training hours per employee annually.
Lead SUP.1 process improvement initiatives and ensure timely deployment.
Your Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism in dealings with colleagues, customers, and partners.
Structured and methodical problem-solving approach.
Previous experience in the automotive industry.
Willingness to travel as required.
Flexibility regarding working hours.
Commitment to project success and continuous improvement.
Experience in Electronic Product Design, including:
Systems and software development
DFMEA/PFMEA
Functional Safety
Cross-functional enterprise collaboration
Ability to challenge technical analyses from engineering teams or suppliers
